I noticed the M8 Scott light tank was now a BR 2 vehicle when it had been rated at BR1 previously. It also resides in the tier 1 research tree where literally every other weapon or vehicle at tier 1 is ranked as BR1. Why is there a discrepancy here? Armor wise its well below enemy tanks of same BR. While the howitzer is powerful I felt that was balanced by the weaker armor , open top turret, commander who almost without fail is sniped because he cant fit inside the turret and the fact that 1 enemy infantry can jump on top and basically kill your crew/tank with single shot rifle. Please explain this change and why it made sense because I do not see it.
It never was BR1 as far as I know.

It was when I purchased a couple years back
There were no BRs a couple years back.

M8 Scott has always been BR2.
BTW its not any less armoured than Panzer IV E or III J1 on the same BR.

there was a bug where vehicles would be shown as BR I during battle (or something like that)
AFAIK it was never BR 1, it would be completely riddiculous
Eh, I would never say it should go down to BR1, but lets be honest
the commander of M8 Scott just fully sticks out all the time and it is so open top you can even kill it with MG only planes…or you can run up to it and shoot everyone inside, including people down in the hull lol
So the armor is a bit irrelevant
Still, the HE and HEAT performance it does is absolutely cray cray

It have been br 1 for 1 month after the merge but DF change it to br 2 and change the commander to be worsth by always has his head stuck out of the tank so literally it a free target for HE and sniper.
Was BR1.
There is a change log but i don’t want to fetch.
It was BR1 at the launch of the merge I think, but it was changed many months ago
