Was there ever a scoped version? I do love the gun. It slaps.

I dont believe so. I actually havent even found any evidence of the normal one being in Moscow but its still one of my favorites as well

Oh wait which 1895? I was thinking of the lever action lol since he said Moscow I thought the winchester. But the Mannlicher 1895 is also one of my favorites and there was a scoped variant of that

A Russian military M1895 chambered in 7.62x54?? Never heard or seen of such a thing issued.

It was chambered in basically every major nations calibre except french.

Apparently, it was made for the Imperial Russian Army, guess that got kerfluffled when the Revolution happened.

No I understand it was used in WW1 by the Russians. I have never seen one documented by WW2 as most were given away and I have never seen a Russian sniper variant in either conflict. The only thing I find for those is Battlefield 1 so lulz to that
