M1 and M2 Carbine Rate of Fire

Does anyone know if there was ever a reason given for these weapons to not have a rate of fire upgrade especially for the M1 carbine?

Because the M1 is a semi-automatic weapon that fires an intermediate round between the US 45. and 30. cal. Not as fast firing as an M1911 or semi-automatic Thompson but faster than a M1 Garand. It would have a rate of fire upgrade if it was cleaned. If a weapon gets dirty and unkempt everything about it gets worse. Considering that the people in the game are soldiers in combat especially on the push towards the enemy and on campaign they probably don’t clean their weapons too often.

I know, but then it was reverted so I didn’t know if it was forgotten by the devs.

Yes, one can not have anything that kills enemy’s, premiums, insta nerf :stuck_out_tongue:

Interesting so does that mean the game recognizes the STG variants as a carbine?

Idk i think is a dev choice ask them wy

Thanks for info, but I guess its a shame the M1 or the VG can’t have it.
