Any way to recover my progress? IDK how I lost all my rank. I’m back to Level 1 on all squads.
If you’re sure you’re logged into the correct account you just need to contact Gaijin support. Doubtful anyone on the forum can fix this.
When did you play the last time before this loss?

If so, all progress was reseted when the open beta started… sigh
I didnt pay for the premium account. Today i was playing, then went in and received some awards from level 1-3 and it reset all my progression to level 1.
The other thing that may happen unless they have changed it is that you will be able to choose from I think its 4 different infantry squads to spawn with and Two Machine Squads - by machine squads I mean you can choose a plane to fly OR a tank and then 4 different infantry squads ,…
what it is is that when you first start playing you basically have a premium account then all of a sudden you can only choose 3 squads and one Engine squad such as a tank Or a plane but not both (This pertains to when you spawn in during a game)

Also check you are on the same campaign you think you are on - esp if German easy to not notice you switched campaigns somehow…??

Everyone, Josephs found the answer! I did not know you level up separately in each campaign…
I switched campaigns to play other maps and did not notice I went back to level 1 for a few rounds so I didn’t put two and two together.
Went back to the Campaign I have been playing and all my progression is still there. Thanks for the help.
