"Logging in, please wait" for the past 7 hours (now about 24 hours already) *fixed*

Stuck on that. Normally goes right through.
Restarted the router, the xbox, the game client, tested network settings, verified NAT. All several times. Sometimes bugs out and says “unknown error”. Everything outside of enlisted online works fine.

Very frustrating because it’s the event and have very little time to play the coming week and a half. As in, max 1 or 2 hours a day but typically less and any minute lost means i likely have to spend gold…

Normally do around 10k mission points an hour (sometimes more, sometimes less) so missing my hour slot to play today is killer to event progress. :frowning:

Update: 7 hours later…still not working

Update: New event but same issue came back.

War Thunder, also Gaijin, also on xbox works fine.
Also tried both Enlisted and War Thunder on my wifi and mobile hotspot. WT worked on both, Enlisted on neither. Clearly Enlisted issue. Xbox is fine and internet is fine.

You’re still having problems, haven’t you tried deleting the data or cache? I don’t have an xbox one, but I think that can help

Thanks man, I saw no such option so just re-installing and see if that’ll work.
I used to have it before now and then but it would go away by itself I tried again later.
Just very frustrated just as I am getting very busy with work and don’t have much time to play, the game stops working like that in the middle of an event!
Normally I can get the squads for free by playing as little as 1 to 1.5 hour a day but now I’ll have to spend money to finish up the event.
Reinstall alone is 2 hours so prob will contact support if that doesn’t work either…will only be able to try again then tomorrow since my only time to play is early mornings and now it’s the morning of the 21st here.

In that case, explain that to the tech support guys, they are quite friendly and may help you and/or compensate you.

Yeah we’ll see. They can probably work out how much mission points I make per hour of battletime and see I am not making things up.

It managed to unclog itself or something.
Managed to play a bit and only needed to drop 2.5 Euro for this level. Still frustrated but if I had time to sort it out with support then I’d be playing instead the following days.

it’s clearly not my connection since I’ve tried two separate ones that both normally work.
Xbox is also fine otherwise.

Thanks, explained the issue there. Hope something comes of it. Very frustrating under normal circumstances but now again during an event.

What was the fix? Having the same issue.

For such a long period of time?

I had the same issue yesterday, but only for ±10 minutes.
Classic server issues. You can’t fix that by yourself.

logging in please wait over 10 minute, is this normal??
