Loadouts that change depending on offense of defense

As per title, could we have some form of loadouts that we can choose before the game starts?

Still against this just for the sake of strategy over what squads to take and not take. Do you prepare for offense? Do you prepare for defense? Do you specialize? Do you generalize? Versatility or utility? I love this conundrum

And a third loadout for confrontation ?

No need of that.

Generalize should be the automatic answer.
Otherwise, folks can just go to custom matches.

I build my squads for versatility, aggressiveness, and doing the good work of AT
MG Squad
Assaulter Squad
AT Squad
Radio Ops in 2
Engineers in 2
AT Men in all 3
If I’m not pushing objective I’m hunting tanks and when I’m not hunting tanks I’m pushing objective

Also, some specialization is good and healthy for a team. Mortarmen may not be the best for winning a match, but dang it are they nice to have for open objectives and generally on defense

But you don’t have mortar squad in loadout.

For me, engineer is a must-have for every squad (because rally points).
Radio operators are of limited use outside of their dedicated squads.

Just putting an example of a squad that’s specialized, but good to have on your team. Everyone running generalized squads is not fun. For me, I’m not building rally points every time I spawn. If I was, then I’m not making good rally points. I use the artillery strike much more often. For open objectives to get a good little kill feed, and to deny the enemy the ability to simply walk into objective
And of course, depriving the enemy of nice things is my passion. My favorite nice thing to deprive them of? Armor support. Killing tanks is just my favorite thing to do in this game

Answer: Buy premium acc and squad

If you’re indecisive or too dumb to figure out what would be best, sure

Don’t get me wrong, I still love the challenge, I like outfitting my squads, but some people may prefer to not have tanks on some maps or prefer airplanes on something else.
It’s super specific but I think it might be a good idea.

Ah, no.
Some things cannot be answered by “think harder”.
The efficient veicle of the German BR2 are PZIII N and IAR. They are incomparable and can only be chosen based on battlefield conditions.
Bring a paratrooper, engineering or mortar squad? bring APC?
Unless you can predict the future, you won’t know which role will be decisive in the next battle.
At this point, paying a fee gives you additional advantages.

There you go! You figured out what the conundrum is! That’s the fun part. Which do you take to be useful? Do you gamble on a specialized squad? Do you go for versatile general squads? The choice to make between all these squads, that’s the fun part of Enlisted outside of the gameplay itself
