Lo and Behold, the New Meta!

To be fair with you and myself, I’ve been playing western allies more than soviets lately, but I had a play Moscow axis daily task yesterday and didn’t skipped just to see how it is, my axis squads are the real starter ones, no changes to equipment or number of soldier for squad, and got second place behind only my friend that was building the rally points (well, we only needed two) on the team while winning against several marshalls/gold ranks “PPSh spammers” and the MP-38 freaking destroys, shit has no recoil or dispersion whatsoever, got into a door and annihilated everything standing behind it inside the objective. Poor commies had better times fleeing the South American dictatorships.

Is about brains not gear.

So took your brain in axis side instead of play only allaies, because allied main are part of the problem as axis main

Well, that’s true and I have lost quite a few times because of it to some fellow forum users.

Note that when I say that lack brains on axis I’m not talking about the freaking first place with that much objective kills, I am talking about the 7-9 other people that have no idea of what they are doing and we pray to tbe gods that they are just bots because a human being shouldn’t be that limited.

Just yesterday played against three edgy boys with SS something on their names, I don’t know if I can stand playing alongside this people, otherwise, I have a friend that is axis main and would like playing axis a bit more with my group, is sad that sometimes axis teams have to deal with such things.

When you’re not killing 10 people per minute, they are capping your points. defenders don’t have time to build radios if playing against stacked.

the funny thing is that during it (or after 10 kills) you need to stop and reload. PPD 71 or PPSh carries easily 18 kills, a quick 3s reload, and you’re ready to wipe two more squads.

also should I start stacking with friends which would build me radios? quite patronizing

Yes, you should, you’re already a strong player, with a group Moscow axis may see some sunny days finally.

The rifle/grenade meta is real.

This is why my assaulters carry smoke grenades.

Smoke/assaulter is, in my experience, the counter to rifle meta.

It allows to get close and then ratatata

:frowning:

EDIT: it doesn’t show here but it was barely a win, like 11 tickets left.
EDIT2: also I was cucked to build radios.

Heh, I’ll just litter grenades to the smoke, and then just wait on the other side of it. Or even better, I’ll set up 9 times AP mines and go inside the smoke for you to find the treats!

Smoke won’t help much due the spam. The spam with this build is real. I’ll like throw 3 nades, switch unit, and continue. That’s something around 20 M24 grenades and atleast 15 rifle nades I have here.

Oof, now I am afraid of what matchmaking will bring to me, hope I can do my dailies in peace

why dont you use the double weapon slot and get 3 more nades for each rifle? (for riflemans at least)

I’ll stick with x3 scoped MKb squads, thanks

Also to note for those whom do not undestand how this thing works.

Note that it takes 1:30 minutes for the first plane to spawn.

If you start as invasion defense you’ll obviously start with Noob-tubes. The only exception is birch grove, you’ll start flametroopers there due the narrow corridor. (Also note that flametroops have grenades too, use them)
You’ll rush head on - as defenders lose no tickets from deaths. Use M24 first. Throw 3, switch, throw 3, switch, throw 2 (save expacks) and so on. Take rifle-grenade from soldier no. 1. Attack bottlenecks.

When you die (you should die fast, 1:30 remember) take plane. Find blast-flashes from the ground and bomb an enemy tank. then if: IL-2 in the air and he has bombed too, tail him and kill him. If IL-2 behind you: bail
if nothing else in the air: take another payload, bomb tank, bail

Take Flametroopers and defend first post. Find radios, intimidate and push to their face. Hunt all the Zerging players. Die fast.

Take MkB, play slow, kill as many as possible. Don’t push, stay defensive. Litter AP-mines (they don’t despawn)
Then repeat and rince! Yay, attacker morale destroyed! Start slowing down and litter more AP mines (3-4 per objective per squad).

As attackers start with flametrooper. Go to the objective fast. When dead, take Grenade-BOyZ. Kill reinforcements, find radios. You can shoot riflegrenades accurately up to 100 meters, it takes some practise, but they are totally spammable.
And then just ZERRRRRG the cap. Hope that you have something else than bots.

It’s part of the rotate, see next post.

Because it’s slow. You have life-expectancy of 10 seconds or so, and nine bots to take care of. These boys are just for spamming as much grenades as possible as little time as possible. It’s faster to have 3xM24 nades (backpack slot) and toss them out.

When you have 2-3 bots left start slowing down and rack up kills with Kar98.

Also to note:

This is more like sending a message instead of actually winning. Just getting killed by the noob-tube pisses people off, and you’re literally going to wreck quite so many keyboards with this.

I should rename this build as SAMPO, the great machine which could endlessly produce gold, wheat, and SALT from thin air.

good old times

You’re kidding yourself if you think you’re destroying anything exccept for the game. It’s idiotic that developers with their chronic lack of foresight allow this, but you’re the one making the choice to abuse the system.

Even if the logic is “I’ll abuse it so that they’ll fix it” it’s still inexcusable. The situation in Enlisted is already dire with the amount of quitters. Maybe they’ll fix the game once there is no game, right? Or maybe they’ll just let everyone suffer and close shop when it isn’t profitable anymore.

Were you really playing and coordinating with a friend?
