Historically, Liu’s rifles had a bolt-action mode. So that he can turn into a bolt-action rifle.DF please add this mode so that it does more damage when using bolt mode.

That is some clown tier shit. A rifle that changes damage depending on it’s fire-mode. I can understand having a stat like shot dispersion being changed since it’s a different of mode of operation but it’s absurd that the gun will rocket up to from 15-ish to 25 for no reason.

In the game, for the sake of balance, bolt action and semi-automatic rifles are different in damage, but in fact they are all about the same
The logic for this is actually quite solid.
The way the rifle becomes semi would be thanks to the gasses that are used to cycle the bolt.
In real life, if they were used instead to push the bullet then I would have more muzzle velocity and should have more damage. This was already implemented in Battlefield 1, Would be a fun mechanic for the G41m and Liu

any semi automatic rifle has a bolt action mode if the automatic equipment fails
Far way back during pre merge the M1 garand was amazing use to do same amount damage as bolts
