Although both Japan And US faction have a BR3 MG, a lewis gun would definetly be a welcome addition and variety to the TT. as not only the british use the lewis gun, but the USMC as well. japan designated it as type 92 and it’s also heavily utilizied during WWII.
Japan running out of actual guns to add to the tech tree, lewis gun would fit that 50rd mg slot real well.
Something not a BAR would be nice.
Always, BR3 british load out is kinda hard on the MG gunner side, with a lewis gun, Normandy and mid tier matches will be a lot more diverse

Honestly I feel like that version would have to be br4 ish cause the M1919A4 would preform way better then it you know
