Its bug but never say never !.. think soldier levels could go even to 7,8 ! … 10 seams kind of too much lol

This cards are for level, not rank. Level gives you skillpoints, rank is total stars. All this is so Gaijinish. There is personal place in hell for game designer who implemented this type of frustrating progression.

If they make me reroll all my soldiers for the level 6, that would be extremely annoying. I have just started the glorious process of making a clone infantry squad.

its probable , its a final level, so we probably have to upgrade them further on accademy.
