More than IV classes.
That would highly restrict where rallies can be placed to those accessible by vehicle. It also means that in most cases, and especially in open maps, CAS will have a bit of an easier time destroying rallies.
My concern lies mostly in the nature of invasion/capture style maps where attacks have what is essentially a pseudo time limit in terms of ticket drain vs the defender’s infinite tickets. This contributes to the overall more aggressive nature of matches, because as long as the defender can outbleed more than you can earn back, you’ve already won.
By reducing the efficacy of rallies or removing them altogether, it would be a straight up buff to defenders. Especially moreso when vehicles are turned into rally points.
That’s not even touching into situations where an area becomes congested and both bot pathing and the ability for players to set down a spawn point get adversely affected. This would necessitate a redesign of most maps, especially in Berlin, and the relative fragility of said vehicles compared to tanks would also make things harder.
All new things (meaning classes/weapon types) this year were event exclusive or premium.
Things that she’s is suggesting are huge in comparison what we got, lol.
Give raider different veichle like
- scout car
- truck with MG or small cannon
- armored car (who can be damaged by small arm fire for balance)
Increase thier max numbers of soldier to 9 but the max soldier you can use depends from the veichle you use (like tank)
Riders can choose between SMGs and rifles.
Assuming a perfectly homogenous squad, that’s 9 SMGs in one squad.
Assuming that it is a truck with an MG/small cannon and a complement of crew, how would it be any different from a tanker squad with light armor?
You can take engineers + it would be pretty trash in comparison to light tanks while taking BR in consideration.

You can kill it with your rifle or smg trucks are not halftracks they dont survive aganaist small arms, and so is a player choice go on the frontline with the truck or stay behind and do fire support, still it dont survive to long in both case
Anyway i am to the opinion that veichle who are not bike should have even special gameplay option
- scout car should refill ammo and medikit
- truck should be a mobile rallypoint
If is do well rider class could be a good support class in offeense and defense, imo the dev need give a shot in expand the class gameplay

I’m honestly in favor of just nuking the class and giving existing squads the ability to spawn in a vehicle at the cost of 1-2 soldiers in a squad.
So if it’s a rifleman squad of 9, you get a truck if you only run 8, and so on.

i mean rider are kinda like infantry man no? like yes you can equip auto carbine on them but rider can too so in a sense they are like rifle men somewhat niche but versatile?
tbh i love the rider squad it a free mg that goes fast and honk and engy it a win for me
Maybe as a checkbox on spawn like with paratroopers?
Checking the box automatically removes the last member of the squad and changes the spawn to a vehicle spawn.
Unchecking the box keeps the squad spawn as-is, with the ability to spawn on the fixed spawns or friendly rallies.
make veichle wreck auto despawn after 3m or make player able to blow up them with a pack or tnt
I have never seen anyone using it efficiently.

If you want to limit the number of riders in a squad, you can still give them new vehicles while simply just limit the types of vehicles that they get. If you limit the vehicles to a jeep with an MG mounted on it with 3 or 4 crew or maybe a Bren carrier with 3 crew, you don’t get the spam of psudo assaulters and you can still give the infantry a bit more armour, firepower and mobility without taking a tank slot. Hell, you could even give them the big items like halftracks and LVTs, just restrict the number of crew that can be used for each vehicle. IMO it should be 4 crew at most like the old premium squads, but there is room for negotiation.
I don’t think it would be any more troublesome than dealing with a regular MG nest, to be perfectly honest.

but it’s perfectly capable of doing what it’s supposed to depending on your preferences.

with that being said, could use upgrades as mentioned through halftracks and what not.
but it doesn’t necessarely have to.
again, different squads for different purposes.
if you can’t use them, that’s on you.
