Let us choose the first spawn point

As said in the title. Not only is it annoying when you get into an ongoing battle and can’t use the rally points on the first spawn, but the biggest issue is when you get thrown into the objective when you’re defending. If you play a sniper squad (or any of the other ranged ones) you have to run from the point anyway to get to a good position, and if you’re one of the people who get almost a minute of a “loading screen” (totally not a bug btw) on every 3rd-4th battle before you can control your soldiers, you can get your whole squad blown up by a tank without even knowing it.

Give choice of spawn point on first respawn

Subject: When you first appear in battle, you need to choose a spawn point if there are more than 1 of them. This is necessary to be able to plan actions in advance in battle. At the moment, this is not possible due to the random choice of the spawn point.
