I’m trying to level up my japanese side as they’re rather low and while the pacific is fun it gets rather boring after a while. Please let the japanese play on moscow to change up the scenery.

Unless you can find any records of japenses forces in Moscow this seems a bit silly (also they don’t have winter uniforms). If you want to play Japan in Moscow try customs.
