Let tank officer to use binocular!

Hey, it’s not really a big deal, but I would like to see a tank officer use binocular while peeking open hatch. Add it to the game if it’s possible, ty :stuck_out_tongue:

I was thinking that the commander should be able to use both his primary weapon (if there is no weapon at the top of the tank already like with russian, british, and early german tanks) and the binocular when he is above the hatch

As well as better position/animation for the commander w/open hatch. also let him pop a smoke grenade like IRL. That would be very nice.
