I bought the Lebel squad for Berlin and I can say this is how premium squads should be. It’s fun to use and it’s not OP

Why the Lebel squads should be how Premium squads are treated

  1. It’s very nicely priced at about 15 dollars.
    A nice price that’s not too cheap and not expensive

  2. It’s gun is fun to use.
    The Lebel bolt action gun is extremely fun to use with it’s 10 round mag. But it’s not OP due to having a good drawback, it can’t be stripper clip reloaded so you have to reload 10 shots by hand

  3. It’s on par with normal squads
    It is a 9 man trooper squad but they’re all troopers. Meaning with enough effort a normal squad will be on par or better, how it should be.

This is how premium squads should be, fun but not OP and not to expensive

Heard this about the Russian M44 squad as well. I dont understand how they market one with 9 soldiers for 15$ and one with 4 soldiers for 37.50$ or you can get the MG bundle for 33$ and that’s for TWO factions and they’re actually pretty decent. Who is making these choices

I think up some guns for premium trooper squads
gewehr 98 squad for Germany Normandy
Carcano M91 squad for Germany Moscow
Although for allies I can’t think of some good guns but I’ll try my best
Karabinek wz. 1929 squad for Soviets Moscow
Berthier rifle ( I can’t think of something better, if you think there’s a better option pls tell) squad for Americans Normandy

yeah, premium squads should be JUST as good as regular squad, not better, not worse.
right now you cant get lvl 5 prems and that means no 35 extra HP perk in the end, so a big “no” for me.

Sure back in CBT Prem squads been kinda OP, cuz having a full squad of MG gunners was only a option for that Prem squad.

The catch for a premium squad should be the “unique” and fun weapons as well as the cool look of the squad.

These squads are very good, fun and perfectly balanced. By base earned experience they are equal to regular maxed out squads and it is how it should be.

Sadly, nerfed 4 man squads perform 1.5 or even 2 times worse. Basically, they are broken (and in many cases overpriced).

As of 9 men rifle squads, I would buy them for other campaigns.

Agreed with all said,1500 gold-15/20 box should be the max IMO,not cheap but bot as crazy expensive as the tanker/engineer new squads.

cant get the 35 bonus HP perk, because they cant reach lvl 5, so a no go.

As long as Premium squads are “less powerful” than regular squads, I wont buy any.
