I am writing this request to be able to make an extra construction for engineers: a ladder that you can place both vertically and horizontally. How would this be? Well, to climb complicated areas, create improvised bridges or avoid holes in the ground, we have the models, we just need a code who allow us adjust the height and the resources costs and improve the AI pathfinding when we use it :3

Great idea but I can already see my own AI taking the long path… or glitch between the steps of the ladder
