That wasnt my point but whatever the DF-aide makes you think I guess.
That wasnt my point but whatever stuff you can blame makes you think I guess.
Wow. How creative. No wonder you are so popular here.
Gentlemen, when you go off topic and talk about player suggestions and soft rules.
Just a reminder, before the âmergeâ version was updated, many players had proposed multiple versions of room allocation rules, and only a few of them proposed a simple allocation method that only included hard rules.
DF&Gaijinâs extremely simplified hard room allocation is based on the technology tree they designed, which was fully demonstrated in the initial âtechnology tree mergeâ preview display, and at this time it was more than half a year away from the official âmergeâ landing.
So:
- Although not all playersâ ideas can get the attention and direct feedback of developers & assistants, it can be guaranteed that most player plans have been submitted to the development team. Donât underestimate assistants and some developers who like to pay attention to player dynamics.
- Like most existing bugs, developers do care more about assistants, community managers, kefox and other developers who like to hang out in various player communities and platforms, and the ideas they organize and summarize. But decision makers are not necessarily developers. The subjective consciousness of decision makers is more influenced by developers, and developers are influenced by assistants, community managers, and customer operation engineers. Even assistants have their preferences and their own interests (of course I believe there are selfless assistants, but not all assistants enjoy the seven virtues).
- Soft rules: Ever since the tech tree preview was first shown to players, players have proposed various rule combinations (soft and hard), except for the developers who donât give positive feedback. So who has been attacking these playersâ assumptions, and now thanking developers for designing soft rules and complaining that players have never proposed soft rules?
they can blame it only on themselves by botching Steam launch, DF and Gaijin went too greed with their monetization
