Type 5 Ka-To - 1 real prototype existed
Very similar to Na-To but the chassis and gun mount feature 75mm frontal armour, tho it’s still not an enclosed vehicle. The Chassis was completed and the gun also existed, just the turret mount wasn’t finished when Japan surrendered.

Type 5 Ho-Ri - The Real Version
This is not the shameful fake currently getting added. This was the chosen Ho-Ri production version because the design was much easier to rush into production since it’s a casemate built on a Chi-Ri II chassis which already existed and was produced, specifically for the medium tank. 6 of these Ho-Ri’s were under early production status when Japan surrendered.
