Also, please don’t tell me the AP-1 drops both of its bombs at the same time.
That is all.

I dont have it yet, but I assume that it does, since there is one bomb per wing they must both drop at the same time to prevent imbalance in flying.
The range of the flamethrower is 18m. Same as infantry flamethrower M1/M1A1 in game.
its range is about 8-12m and it works just fine for me.
Unlike many other things its NOT designed around sitting back and being an unstoppable force.
Instead, it’s designed to rapidly push through outer defenses and deliver a flamethrower capability to the front door (almost like a battering ram in a sense).
You’re going to get destroyed inevitably, but if you time it right, such as in coordination with a large number of friendly forces pushing up right behind you, you can VERY effectively break through enemy lines and soften them up for your infantry.
Yeah, that’s pretty much how you have to use it. I do find that the flamethrower is more of a “activate vehicular manslaughter capability” button with how close you have to be though.
Saw a guy lasting 5 minutes in of of these. And he was at the very front…
Instead of just pushing forward, he thinned enemy waves sideway while keeping maximum speed, retreated then started back from the other side. Effectively doing loops.
It was terrifying… poor Japanese army had to try and push through a literal fire wall, much more effective than dropped tanks.
