So why is battle rating based on the amount of ammo it carries. So i have a crappy browning at only 600 fire rate, but its BR 5 because it carries a hundred round belt… faster fire rate usually means its going to be better. Maybe think about it if you don’t agree with me, the way the weapon br system for hand held weapons is not realistic.
meanwhile stinger is also BR 5, butt has fire rate comparable to the MG 81 and MG 15 which are both BR 5.
BR V is becoming more and more over-saturated, but that doesn’t mean weapons like the 1919A6 don’t belong there.
100rds of 2 shot killing is right on par with BR V.
Maybe buff the base rate of fire from 500 to 600 or even 700. Like the M2, the A6 actually varied in rate of fire greatly depending on where it was being used and for what.

I love having lots of gun options at every level, but it does kind of suck when you get so saturated that you literally can’t use excellent iconic weapons. I actually prefer the 1919A6 over the Stinger, however if the Dev’s would ever add a 40 round magazine to the BAR 1918A2, example a BAR 1918 A2/40, I would use it exclusively over the M2 and the A6 in level five. Of course, this would just put another couple MG’s on the shelf, at least for myself. If Gaijin is going to keep adding weapons, then they need to be constantly re-evaluating weapons BR ratings, because maybe at some point it would be better to drop a weapon, for example, the FNAB or the MP 38 or MP 40 down to level one since for the most part they have all become tech tree images only at level two. I would love to use the FNAB or MP38 or 40, but there are better options at level two.
Not for the Soviets. AVT-40 20 > FG42 II, RD-44 > MG42 100. For USA you usually want more rof but you won’t get it anyway unless you get multiple Stingers. They really should get a better TT MG at BR5.
