I see no issue giving something unique to one faction, as long as it’s not gamebreaking.
For example, Soviet paratroopers are somehow the only ones with loadout freedom, God forbid Japan, Allies or axis could do that with theirs too!!!
Imagine a slow moving rc bomb that would more or less do the same effect as a 100kg bomb. Could be countered by merely shooting at it with small arms. Would probably be so niche, so bad, only a gimmick, that there’d be no issues with other factions having no equivalent. Heck, it’d probably be more dangerous for the user, than the target!!!
