The Junkers Ju 87 G, famously known as the “Tank Buster,” is a lethal ground attack aircraft designed for one purpose: taking out heavily armored vehicles. Armed with two potent 37mm Pak 36(r) anti-tank cannons mounted under the wings, this variant of the Stuka offers unparalleled firepower in dealing with enemy tanks and other fortified ground targets. Its dive bombing precision combined with the destructive power of its cannons makes it a formidable threat on the battlefield.
Implementation Options:
1. Gold Order:
As a Gold Order aircraft, the Ju 87 G would be a rare and coveted addition to any player’s hangar. This option would give players the chance to unlock the tank-buster through the in-game Gold Order system, allowing them to immediately add it to their collection of elite planes. Ideal for veteran players or collectors, the Gold Order would make this aircraft a prestigious and exclusive choice for those looking to dominate ground warfare.
2. Elite Battle Pass:
The Ju 87 G could be included as a reward in the Elite Battle Pass, making it an attractive unlock for players willing to progress through the pass. As a mid-to-late-tier reward, it would offer a powerful incentive for dedicated players to complete their Battle Pass objectives. The Ju 87 G would be a standout prize, offering both historic significance and gameplay advantages in tank-destroying missions.
3. Event Plane:
As an event plane, the Ju 87 G would be available for a limited time, giving players the chance to earn it through participation in special in-game events. Whether through achievements, challenges, or a time-limited campaign, the Ju 87 G could be unlocked by completing specific tasks or by reaching certain milestones within the event. This would make it a highly sought-after, temporary addition for players who enjoy the thrill of limited-time rewards.
Regardless of the implementation method, the Junkers Ju 87 G “Tank Buster” would add a new layer of strategy to any player’s arsenal, offering devastating firepower and a unique tactical advantage in ground attack missions.
Its not just a 75mm AT gun - it reloads in like 1 second and has over 10 rounds, its a crazy tank killer, but has nothing else, no bombs or such and cant kill infantry well.
Compared to what soviets have on their pockets its kinda something quite good. A little breath from all the GE nonsense if we can at least call it a “breath”
why do you mention gold orders? enlisted is removing them and just sticking the rewards in the battlepass, additionally, every gold order vehicle ever to be released has been a cosmetic skin to something that is already freely available to players (except the STZ tank but it was freely available during stalingrad)
