Juggling Tank Crew to Loader Seat

Whenever my commander leaves to fix a damaged tank the loader will hop in his place. This means I lose all of my loader perks. Since there is no way for me to make the loader jump into the loader spot by pressing 4 just like I can do with gunner and driver, I now have to play musical chairs to get my loader back in the right spot.

Can we please order crew to enter the loader and radio spots? Another option is to prioritize crew with relevant skills so they automatically hop into the appropriate seat. This is such a frustrating waste of time in its current state.

This problem also occurs when you have less than a full crew, since switching between commander and gunner results in everyone changing places.

It would work if they could just remember what seats they started in and always returned to their proper seat when you enter the tank or change position.

Yeah, a tick or an order to do it manually would be nice because, while I appretiate my crew automatically trying to minimise my reload time, it causes confusion so often.
