I mean, is it just me or are the Ju-87 realllly bad at climbing? How are you supposed to use it as a dive bomber if you never have enough time to get past ~500 meters altitude?

Yes, they are really bad at climbing.
But you can still manage to divebomb.

use the takeoff wings and Get some height while you get to collect ammunition and return to the battlefield, you can reach about 700,800 meters

I think it would be a good buff, it would make you able to dive lower and more accurately without exploding but it should probably loose some turn speed in exchange or something
