for that, i usually make around 5/8 matches per day with xps from daily and BP.
( due to lack of time, and sometimes, willingness )
no need to stick more than needed ( no offence of course ) so that xps wouldn’t be that much of a matter. as… it’s a bit more efficent and you just have to play right for those said ammount of matches.
you can’t spend the rest of every match just aiming for that xp winning. imo, that’s not something you should stray for everytime as you can’t usually win matches on your own against vets, or an enemy coordinated team where yours still is clowning around the spawn. so you have to rather aim for maximise your income of xp based on actions and i guess kills.
tell you that you have farmed moscow campaign as ally without saying that you have farmed moscow campaign as ally.
jokes aside, playerbase sometimes are different. and a clear example is normandy. axis forces dominate there among allied forces in almost any campaign.
the same happened with Stal, and is happening to the pacific.
my predictions ( mostly based on the past ), once people finished to grind one side, they will switch to the other, or try another campaign.
right now, ( like every time a campaign starts it’s the worst time to play it ) i’d say you kinda have to wait for hype wave in order to make things turnaround ( as unfortunately, there isn’t a proper way to " correct " or balance things ).
after all, normandy as example, when initially realeased was an american steam roll up until the panther, kp and other shiner toys get introduced, which at that point more people joined in the axis side, and those allied player switched campaign. same happened with stalingrad, was a steam roll for the axis up until people switched side or played other campaigns.
