Hear me out. The Japanese kamikaze tactics ate native to them for a reason, they have crappy planes. But what if we remove the suicide timer only for the Japs.
Also maybe they can get buffs while Banzai Charging? Jap exclusive? Thoughts?

as fun as encouraging kamikazing planes would be, I think it would just promote a cancerous play style and using planes only to cycle your infantry.

Would have let the banzai charge mechanics Japanese only as well.
Right now, Japanese faction simply has nothing standing out for it.
I find Pacific rather boring. (But that’s just my opinion).
As for suicide bombing, yes Japanese should do it, because Japan. But the only thing I’d give them with it is no ticket loss for suicide bomb, PROVIDED they kill something doing it.

I find the Pacific War to be lacking as well. Simply the Japanese have nothing special or unique.

Well we can remove the infrantry cycle on it. Maybe delay it from happening for certain time or you have to be alive for X time in the plane for it to cycle.
I just simply want the Japs to be more unique and anime isn’t the answer.
How about a Suicide Score?
For example if they die with more than one enemy on a grenade they get some points

Katanas for banzay charges, maybe premiun Kamikaze aircraft that does,t consume vehicle slot? maybe?
i would make katanas instead of axes. since katanas where VERY comun unlike european sabres.
