May I suggest to DF that you change the level two HEI 5 round semi auto rifle to the ten round semi auto rifle you have in your BP. These are nice rifles, but the five round mag puts it at a severe disadvantage with other level two semi auto’s. IMOP, your still at a disadvantage even with ten rounds in ammo vs every other level two semi auto, but at least this is a step in the right direction.
Since DF has never responded to any of my suggestions, I am quite sure this is DOA. 
Yeah I agree its literally constant reload.
Kinda funny too I can have a 10 round great bolt action (Lee Enfield) VS a 5 round semi auto with very lacking hit power.
The reload is rather awkward and slow (comparatively speaking) as well.

Soviet’s is not a semi auto, only Germany is straight up better with more rounds at the same power
So I fix d it wahh Germany has a better gun then poor Japan its ally a country it should never fight
So give us a straight upgrade so we can club us at low br

Nah man like, Japs on BR2 are so strong. They have best LMG, contender for second best SMG, have one of the best bolt actions and Type Hei is better than Armaguera in my opinion. I think is just personal preference, but the open sights helps with aiming. Armaguera has only on bullit more, which does not make it significantly better. M1 carbine though is better, but its also a very unique American thing. Type hei with ten rounds becomes a BRIII semi-auto (in fact it becomes the best BRIII semi-auto for Japs).
So overal I do not think this is a very smart decision to make. Japs dont need a boost on BRII unless your talking planes or something.
Move BP Type Hei Semi 10 to BR III TT and refund those who bought it with GO cards so they can use it to buy the late variant if they want.
