Im level 16 and i want to know the kar98 with schiesbbecher grenade launcher its a good choice.

I’d say it’s ok but you have better choises. The range of explosion is meh but it’s fast to use now (to the point that animation looks bad).
So depending on your skill/playstyle it may be better to wait.

For me, the weapon has its place. They buffed it, then nerfed it a little. I think its reasonable for what it is. I enjoy using it to do a window clearing or room clearing (shooting the floor) in buildings.
Is it perfect? Nope. But I do keep a few on each of my 9-Man Rifleman squads for those occasions when it can be useful.

I think that, at least one or two per each squads always come handy. No matter the campaign.

( but if you spam them, shame on you )

Shame on me… Stalingrad got 1 Russian + 1 Axis 9 Men Squad. Its just funny, to Noobtube 100+meter

Don’t know about other campaigns, but in Stalingrad it’s a must have for me, I got every squad equipped with them, in other campaigns, I have 0 equipped, go figure >.<
