If you’re “endlessly rushing” then that’s what you’re doing wrong. Flanking is your friend. And when you have engineers unlocked, you can really, and I mean really, help the team by placing spawn points and ammo. Don’t just charge straight into a point like all the lemmings.

Then i get wiped by mothers’ rovongers or just have low exp. Reward system and intellect of those shooters in random give quite unambiguous choice

I’m saying that flanking and setting up spawns is what newbies should be doing, instead of charging in like brainless idiots. I think you’re the one with the comprehension problem.
