Italian OG-44 Assaulter Squad

The OG-44 was an Italian SMG developed in 1944 by the Italian Social Republic, a puppet state created by Germany after Italy surrendered. It was a further development of the OG-43, which was the unique weapon of the event Italian Paratrooper squad.

I think the OG-44 would make for a good Italian event/ Premium squad. I specify Italian because its neat to have thematic and immersive squads.

A long time ago another late war Italian SMG was added to this game as a Premium squad, the TZ-45, and it was given to German squad…German! Cmon. ( On this topic just saying I think this weapon should be readded for an ITALIAN squad) It’s no different than Britain getting shafted against America

I’d like this as a low tier or tier 3 event squad for operation Husky (9 July 1943 - 17 August 1943) or if they add Italy as one of theatres of war. or as an event for the Formation of the Italian Social Republic in 23/09/1943

love Italian uniforms. I find assaulter squads a little bit boring though. theres so damn many of them.

Ideally this would be an RSI squad because the gun was made late war and used specifically by the RSI

Ehhhhhhhh I prefer maintaining the class meta. Plus Assaulter squads get an Engineer anyway
