I was curious as to why the Type 4 Tank H manufactured in 1943 belonged to the 4th tier but the Type 4 Tank J manufactured in 1944 belonged to the 3rd tier and did not have additional armor

In War Thunder Type J is a higher version and there is basic additional armor research

So I became curious about this on Enlisted

Year of manufacture is not a factor in br placement, that should be blatantly obvious
