and force more people to play SQUADS mode for more fair balance br battle, and less bots?

Why do you care about people playing in custom matches? It has mods and event servers where you can go and enjoy. Also forcing or removing rewards from custom matches like war thunder will make this game a exact copy of war thunder and shittier. But even if there is bots, so what? At least you can grind silver easier…
