I have played this game a lot. Never before have I felt like I was wasting my time, but now I do. I have premium, premium squads, I came in 2nd place, awarded for playing well, 32 minute battle, and I get 19k exp. That is ridiculous. The last I felt like I was wasting my time playing a game was in HLL. HLL is a great example of a game where I do good, I do very good, I do great, but I am not having fun and I am not getting experience, I feel like I am wasting my time. This new Pacific campaign is the first time I have felt that way while playing this game.

And yes, the enemy always has multiple AA guns that destroy my whole team completely. I am not the only one to feel this way.

There is a lot of walking, but it doesn’t bother me. The maps in the game, these are real islands that had real battles, real people fought to the death. For example, Gavutu, it is a 1 to 1 replication of the real island. The devs took the real island that people fought on and put it into the game. It is amazing to me, and I love the maps a lot.
The problem for me is the grind, it takes way too long to get exp.
I feel my Pacific grind is made longer by 2 main factors:

One-sided matches. After 2 days of playing both sides, my win rate is still a solid 100% with Japanese, and 0% with US. Matches are shorter than the average, there’s just less time to earn xp.

I REALLY, REALLY miss Stalingrad’s full acces XP boost. 4x there may be too much, but at least 2x here would be so welcome by preorder buyers.

What walking? You can engage the enemy almost from your spawn on many maps.
I finished a game yesterday with no premium or premium squads and i got 37,900 if you’re only getting 19k woth premium that’s on you
