Issue with weekly task (games played)

I’ve been stuck on 228 games played for over 4 days despite playing several games and not leaving any.
The game won’t let me progress to 240 or 300 games played to obtain the golden soldier order and the portraits. I’ve never had this issue in 3+ years. What’s going on?

Did you win or lose? Losing takes points if i remember correctly

This is not about playing 240 - 300 games each BP seasons, this is about gaining 240 - 300 points. You acquire a point each time you win a battle, and/or each time you get the “Battle hero” status at the end of a battle. But you also lose 1 point every time you lose/desert a match.

mmm. I might need to check that. i thought completing the game gave you the point. didnt know you actually needed a win or a battle hero award. let me look into that.

I play 5-6 games a day. A few of them should be wins. Dont think you lose points for a lost though.

edit: it’s going up again. at 234 now. not sure what happened

I think you do lose couple but im not sure

edit 2: Only wins gives you points (not battle hero awards). I had a feeling a simple game played gave you a point. Either I never noticed this, or they changed it at one point. thx yall

edit 3: it’s back… stuck at 236 despite 4 wins in a row. I think you need both a win and a hero award…
