The IS2 1944 doesn’t appear to have turret top and rear stats at all, when compared to the IS1 or the IS2, is this a bug?
It also looks like armour stats are weaker than IS1 too, is that correct?

you can check all of the data in armor view. i never trust data in the table cause it doesnt include angle, nor extra layers of armor.
Known issue with the statcard, but the actual armor values are fine

the IS-2 and IS-2 1944 has a weird armour difference, they gain armour in some areas, but lose it in others. doesnt help its a semi pike nose design.
As for armour holes, they happen time to time in WT as well, surprisingly often to british to vehicles, but in general most nations suffer from it time to time, including the IS-2 in the past.
But in this case, just seems to be a statcard error.
