Is this some sort of bias?

We cannot shoot the gunner in the back or top of the half track even at point blank range yet the gunner and loader in the Ta Sae are easily killed whether close or from far away at ground level, this is such BS

People have been saying that one AT shot on the motor is enough to kill it, if true is easy enough, try it

AT guns used to have the same problem when they were first added.
Pretty sure M8s still have the problem.

Open top vehicles are a good idea for balance but their hitboxes need to be fixed

It works. One hit to the motor or just below the drivers cab sets it on fire.

Once you learn where the gunner sits as well, the AT rifle will gib him easily enough. And its a Semi-Auto AT gun at that. Quite good once unlocked.

Not the point of the thread.
The Japanese SPAA can be taken down by a sniper, the M13 can’t nearly as easily because the hotbox is broken.

So? I wasn’t responding to you.

I was confirming what another poster has mentioned and stating it to be true. Which also helps.

Yes the SPAA for the US , the driver is immune to bullets from the rear, but not bayonets . You can melee the entire crew if you want.

I’m sure they will fix that. And the problem with open top vehicles has existed since they were introduced.

From Keofox, translated:

We are fixing the damage model of open top vehicles. A headshot to the tanker will no longer ricochet with sparks and will kil him.

thats not the point here, the point is the hitboxes on the exposed crew on both sides, while the Japan side have proper hitboxes where everyone infantry can snipe the crew, the US crew ie the gunner is protected by an invisible wall no matter what angle you shoot him from

good to see its being looked into
