Sadly, no. That is yet another reason why active slots are considered P2W.
Locking ability to buy them further enhances this by being more predatory.

i dont know if i understand it wrong but you can buy additional slots with real money and they will stay for both sides in the camapign you bought it.

Yea i know that but the option to do so don’t appear when i’m not premium
Yeah you can buy slots with real money 
you pay for 1 slot in a campaign BUT it counts for both sides.
