Is there a reason event/premium sniper squads werent also given AT slots?

I appreciate that we got them for so many other old premiums, but I dont understand why snipers were neglected.

Because TT AT/Sniper squads have max 5 soldiers.

Adding another AT soldier to these squads would make them objectively better than TT squads in every way.
