Is the recoil multiplier what determines the true stats? (Please answer)

I’m currently working on another video showcasing the true stats for all Soviet and German submachine guns using the “Enlisted resource”.

Is the recoil multiplier what translates the “statcard recoil” into “actual recoil” or do i need to multiply the actual recoil by the recoil multiplier?

short answer yes, you multiply statcard recoil with multiplier to get actual recoil.

or you can just use already multiplied values in the table.

What do you mean by short answer? Is the “actual recoil” the exact recoil in game excluding the soldier level and perks?
