Is the ppt-27 worth buying?

I’m thinking of buying a low tier soviet premium.
Does anyone recommend the ppt-27 squad?

For example it’s stats are pretty similar to the ppsh obrez

Also can the ppt-27 squad equipt a engineer?

I get always uptiered to BR2 so not really worth buying it.

They don’t have anti-tank players so I don’t recommend buying them.
