It’s armor is only marginally better than t-34 but you will be much slower at same time so not worth it. Usually Is-1 players are not very bright they don’t know that they could angle their armor and turret so they get obliterated by panthers that could do both at same time. I dunno about that Sherman since i don’t have that premium.

This tank is absolutely a downgrade

I use both T-34-85 ZiS-S-53 and IS-2 1944 on my Berlin lineup. Upgrading the Tanker II squad is painful though like I grinded the squad with IS-2 and it only starts getting better when I have my 2 loader perks where I shoot HE most of the time.
