Im level 13 in Normandy and i want to know its the grind worthor i should skip it
It’s got a small magazine and honestly the MP40 is better than it.
Now in Moscow it’s good because it lets you compete with Soviet smgs

I feel like the FNAB and MP40 are the best smgs for Axis in Normandy. Moderate rate of fire, low recoil, and accurate. The beretta imo shoots way too fast for my taste.

It’s not as reliable as the MP 40, but is a lot of fun. MP 40 can shoot for a lot longer and deal with groups of enemies, whereas the Beretta M1918 kills incredibly quick but might leave you vulnerable. You almost have to imagine you have a shotgun when playing the Beretta M1918: peek, erase, hide, repeat.

Perhaps among the early weapons, but everything from MP35 and onwards is an upgrade. Albeit, none are really worth grinding since you’ll likely get the MP43 by the time you get the gun upgrades.
Its worth, is very accurate and have fast fire is a beast in cqc plus has a low recoil so is very easy hit the target, anyway you got a free one so i suggest to use a bit here for see if you like here or not, and dont belive people wo say mp40 is good the mp40 is only better than the mp28 all other smg are superior to him

Its a pretty underrated SMG, especially if you spend the bronze orders to fully upgrade it. Its fire rate is high and you will absolutely shred people with it in close combat. Its better than the MP34, FNAB, MP40, and MP35 IMO.

Others have already chimed in with comparison to the other SMGs…but I’d say your play style should determine whether you want to use it or not.
If you can control the trigger, it’s good up to moderate distances. You can put harrassment fire out to 100m, lethal fire within 50m, and it’s an absolute buzzsaw within 20m.
No one mentioned the ZK-383, but that’s another fun one that feels like an MP-40, but it’s not quite there for some reason. It’s still a solid weapon, though.

what about ZK-383 ? personally i like it more than this beretta , mainly cause of mag size, and when mounted on bipod its the best smg on long range … right below mp43
The guy is a lv13, i doubt give him information on a weapon at lv24 can help him, anyway he asked info on berettaM18 so i dont see wy wee need talk about the zk-383

Sure he’s lvl 13… But isn’t the beretta unlocked at a even higher lvl than the zk? He shouldn’t overlook it, it’s a fantastic firearm.
