The RD-44 ie the RPD prototype actually existed before the end of the war and could had been mass produced during that time if desired.

End of WW2 really has to be the cut off point for anything in a WW2 game.
If not you are just inviting stupid crap to be added that has no bearing in reality or powercreeps the actually WW2 stuff defeating the one job a WW2 game had.

Itâs not fair for Tiger 2H to fight against Postwar/Prototype stuff that wasnât used in WW2 Just why the Tanks that are the Counterpart of the Tiger 2H How the IS-2 and the Super Pershing It has good penetration, more than 200mm of the 185mm that the Tiger 2H has as armor.
It is only fair that Germany also receives prototypes in its TT to combat the prototypes of the Allies and Soviets.
This tank is almost identical to the KT, you could even say the KT has better armor. The KT will still be the best tank in the game, but itâs not going to be a huge difference in power anymore.
It doesnât matter, E-75/90 must come to fight that prototype.

Am I reading you wrong or are you saying with a straight face that the Germans need the E-75 and E-90 to fight an, checks notesâŚ, IS-2 1943 with less hull armour (at least with how WT models it) and a 100mm cannon instead of a 122mm.
If you are, you really are not doing the public perception of German mains any favours.
