Only teams.
Fake deathmatch game mode can be done only with some workarounds: you will need force join everyone to one team, disable teamkill penality, icons and markers, but you can’t make force someone to become winner. And… This fake DM will not work with gun game mode (you willn’t able to get levels/points from teamkill).
