Is it just me or are ragdolls a little better?

I took a small break from the game and I noticed ragdolls seem to no longer turn into noodles or fall in slow motion. They seem to actually be more solid (especially with limbs) and look “heavier” so to speak. Did they change something?

They did rework the ragdolls somewhat recently so you are correct about that.
