In short, the bug is you can’t change the customization or change your campaign in the appearance section in any of the 4 squads you have unlocked.
I reported this a while ago but the bug still hasn’t been resolved, so I’m looking to the forums.
This is quite sad to me since I really want to see what customization my event soldiers have available, but I can’t.
Yes, it’s bugged. You can’t change campaign presets.
But from what I know, changing uniforms of those event soldier (half naked German, samurai and so) is not going to be possible.
That’s intentional decision made by devs.
Damn, most of the uniforms are ugly af except maybe for the USSR one. that’s dissapointing.
That was my reaction as well.
Really hope they fix these squads.
