I know it’s a bug, and after restarting it went back to 60, but isn’t it strange that achievements are reduced?(In a bug, everything generally becomes zero, not a decrease or increase.) What has changed since today’s update, which was not announced? Do you think they might want to make a change to achievements?

Hard to say with DF. There are times I log in, check my daily objectives then play a game. When my game is over, all my objectives are different then the ones when I logged in. 
This doesn’t happen very often, but irritating when your playing to achieve objectives, only to find out that the ones you were trying to achieve aren’t the same when you finish.

Pretty sure quite alot of those gave gold orders as rewards - so a change is to expected

They were replaced with 20 thousand silver.
