And you act like Tiger doesn’t have to aim at all while in reality IS-2 turret armor can bounce or eat entire shell and then KT will get nuked by your 122mm. IS-2 have much faster reverse so can go back and repair while KT once exposed can’t do much but to fight to death.
Once you get jumpscared and enemy sees your side you will die either way no matter which tank you are playing especially against infantry that is the best counter against any tank especially for maps that you can’t greyzone camp and spam HE shells.

I never said that the Tiger 2 didn’t need to aim for weakpoints when going up against the IS-2 1944 either. My point is that the Tiger 2 can reload much faster meaning that them flubbing a shot is much less punishing and you’re much less likely to get caught with your pants down while reloading. And there’s not always a convenient piece of cover for the IS-2’s allegedly FTL grade reverse gear to teleport the tank behind before the enemy can fire again.
I also never said that tanks weren’t easy to kill from the side.
