I’m absolutely think that if they do intend to add more campaigns that this is the best choice they have I’m not sure on all the levels and content you listed here but definitely a great overview of what the campaign could entail.

Though I disagree, the player imbalance in certain campaign is mainly cause by boring Axis stuff which is mostly the same.
Invasion of France 1940 is great idea. If we could have any new campaign then the France deserves it in first place.

For IV C, the situation is different. If you don’t give HEAT rounds to the 75mm, the ammo you have will be APHE and HE, and HE will be disastrous for infantry. 47mm armor piercing rounds produce very little fragmentation, while 75mm APHE rounds will fragment much. The tank battle between Somua and Pz.IV is much more unfavorable to Somua. Infantry pressure is also at a disadvantage.
For the Shosa, the rate of fire is 270, but the bullet spread / accuracy at rest is 0.62, and for the MG13, the rate of fire is 660 and the bullet spread / accuracy at rest is 0.52 (based on the Moscow campaign). It seems a little different from what you said.
Please no more campaigns until they do a full progression overhaul. Either way, early war France is only interesting because of unique armored combat, but that part of the game kind of sucks in Enlisted. Everything else would be mostly like reskinned Moscow with a couple of inconsequential differences.

Unless its somewhat Winter war, China vs Japan, Australia vs Japan.
The rest would feel very similar and boring. Waste of a campaign and playerbase

The APHE shell is bad , its explosive filler is low, so it works like a solid shot. The H39 can pen all German tank , while pz3e struggle to pen s35 and b1 bis.
S35 have better armor and can pen all German tank. Panzer 4 c can be pen by all French tank.
The French weren’t that good at this time. They got beat really easily. To keep historical accuracy and good gameplay is difficult. There’s a reason the earliest campaign was Battle of Moscow. Moscow was the earliest challenge and I’d enjoy an Invasion of France but the French would be absolute trash!

Why those campaign will be more unique?
Finland, China, Australia, will highly rely on captured or Lendlease equipment.
In the other hand, France have tons of unique equipment.
Let’s be real, those country are secondary objective. It’s not the main quest line.
While even the most boring battle is epic in Europe:
Maps, atmosphere, as well as more new gear than just the same for germany for france and a bit different for allies.
