In invasion mode, when the game starts, the defenders spawn densely in a very narrow spot under the flag of the first CP… At this time, the attackers can get a lot of kills simply by requesting artillery fire from their radios at the flag or by firing tank guns or mortars.
This is a fun but somewhat problematic design for the attacker.
DF Players need to run away as fast as possible when they spawn, but bots don’t run away, so they get mowed down quickly. bots are dumb, but they shield players and can sometimes kill them. the team with more bots surviving will naturally have the advantage, because they will be able to kill more players.
It is common to see players rushing to escape, setting up rally points and returning to the front lines, only to find attackers and enemy bots closing in on the first CP, with おour bots languishing far behind at the default spawn point.
So I have a suggestion, why don’t you spread out the spawn points of the defenders a bit more?
Since the first thing they do is set up a rally point, they could start about 50m back from the flag.
And for the first attack only, why not make the attacker’s spawn point more rearward?
It should give the defenders just a little more time than they have now.
